Why are there no transactions in the Match Bank Data page after I deleted Reconciliation?

I had an issue with my bank rec from May so I went back and deleted all the way back to March to re do them. However when I do the upload bank data nothing showed up. I also went to Reconciliation Summary and it show up until February which is correct however when I go to match bank data It show March is reconciled. What am I missing? See the below screen shots.

Also just put this out there my accounting period is open for March. I updated my Sandbox to try and figure it out but I am coming up empty.
