WBS Actuals not pulling amount from posted time entry

Hi,

I created a billable time entry (approved) on a project, then posted it. However I don't see the corresponding amount under WBS Actual Cost even after hitting 'Recalculate Financial Data' on thw WBS.

Please note that my Project Expense type = Regular which is mapped to Direct Labor (an Expense Account)

How do I make sure that amounts from posted time entries are being pulled on WBS Actuals?
