Set field value to a custom line field

I created a custom line field (for estimate) called Sales UOM. The value of this field should be sourced from the "Primary Sales Unit" field in an Item record.

However, all the approaches I've done are not working (whether via Sourcing & Filtering or Workflow).

How can I achieve setting the correct value for this?
