Error msg in Transfer Order, othererror:TypeError: Cannot read property "0" from undefined

Dear All Gurus,

In Transaction, Inventory, Enter Transfer Order, i have encountered this error when saving the transfer order only for Engineering Spare Part inventory item. Couldn't save this transfer order.

Is there any setting we miss out ? Any idea what is this error message meant ? (it happens to both Live and Sandbox System). No issue for other assembly or finished goods items.
