Subscription Revenue by State

We are not able to get GL Subscription revenue by state for a given period of time in any of the standard Netsuite reports. Currently the subscription revenue is recognized by running journal entries for each subscription plan. The Ship-to and Bill-to address of the customer is in Billing Account record. We are not able to add the Address from the Billing Account to the monthly journal entries.

How can we add address in billing account in customized Trial Balance report to get to GL Subscription Revenue by State ?
