Inventory Adjustment CSV Import

Hi,


I am trying to import a large data of inventory adjustments. The CSV I used did all the positive inventory adjustments, but could not do the negative inventory adjustments. A sample error I am getting is this:


Invalid binnumber reference key OPTB3 for issueinventorynumber <NULL>.


For:


External ID Line Number Item Bin Number Inventory Number Quantity Adjustment Quantity

10551 2 410-00028 OPTB3 100001319 -219 -219



I have confirmed the Bin Number (OPTB3) and Inventory Number (100001319) exist, and confirmed there are at least 219 of that quantity available.
