Why the workflow encountered an SuiteScript error and it creates 96 records!

I have a workflow to create a custom record that uses date from current record, adds months, and fills in a "next mx date" in the new record. I get this error BUT the new record is created correctly AND 95 other records are created too!! And these new records are blank (doesn't follow the workflow).

I have no idea why this is happening. And, I did this same workflow with a similar record and it works.

Pulling out my hair trying to figure out why this is happening.
