I have a custom entity field:

I am trying to bring this value onto sales orders:

What is happening is when creating a sales order, after adding the customer it loads the value as shown on the customer as a list but I dont want users to have to select it I want it to just display the value as it shows on the customer record:

After trying to make the Transaction Body field the same as the Entity field I am asked to add a source filter:

It wont let me create the body field as a free form text field either
