How to create a saved search based on a custom record (Suitelet form)?

Hey there Community,

I am looking for a way to create a saved search, that I may use on a dashboard to indicate that a request has been submitted, for a custom record form (Suitelet). I don't see any options for this in the list of saved search options. Wondering if anyone has guidance here. Appreciate it!
