Saved Search for Custom Records HTML Template Checkbox fields

I have a Custom Record with a number of Checkbox fields:

These are displayed correctly on a Saved Search:

And if I Print the Search without a template:

But if I create the default HTML template for the search and print that, all Checkbox fields return 'No'

Is this a bug in how the results from a custom record are interpreted?
