How to drill down in a Saved Search using Formulas?
Hello, we have a customer saved search setup to show a count based on Date of last order. It shows the amount of customers that have not ordered in the last 0-90 days, etc.
I am wanting users to be able to click into one of the values displayed to see the list of customers making up the value.
I tried to use drill-down fields but as shown in the screenshot below the value does not display as a link.
Is this an instance where using a URL to link to the values would be the best option?
If so how would I do this?
