How to fix trouble with Scroll Bars not Working Manually?

Hey there~

Anyone else have trouble with scroll bars not working? I can scroll using my mouse wheel or shift+wheel for sideways, but clicking on the bar with my cursor isn't working.

This is only happening on Edge, it works in Chrome, so I'm also gonna go search for a solution assuming the problem could be Edge and not NetSuite.

It's also only happening on pages where there are multiple scroll bars or horizontal scroll bars, such as my items list or a workflow.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered the same issue or knows of a solution.
