Remove Filters have Item next to each SO

In any report, but we'll use the SO report for this example. How can I remove the items in the purple boxes? I Don't want to see the drop down boxes and don't need the totals.

Then I want the item number to appear next to the SO (red box). Yes, the Item # will repeat several times, but I need it there so when I export to excel the Item# is on the same row as the SO.
