System Notes - capture field on new record
Hey All. I've looked around the interwebs and cannot find a solution to my question. Hopefully someone here has the answer.
The short and sweet question is: on a custom record, is there a way to force the system notes to Set (capture) specific fields when on a new record is create? For example, when I CHANGE a record the system notes captures "ACS | New Purchase Price" and "ACS | Old Purchase Price".
What I need is for "ACS | New Purchase Price" and "ACS | Old Purchase Price" to be captured on the system notes when the record is created too. Instead, I only get this.
