NetSuite Contract: Early Renewal
Hi
has anyone else signed for an early renewal contract with Netsuite, only to find you still had to pay out your old one as well
we were offered to renewal early for 3 years and accepted the deal to start june 1 instead of in October. Now we learn that our existing cloud service contract will still need to be paid out even as we are now paying also for new service contract.
when we brought up this issue with the sales department and suggested options to help with the situation, we were told no go.
so now Netsuite is going to double bill us for 5 months of service and we are stuck.
