Why dunning emails are not sending as per the rules?
in dunning setup i have created customer procedure and invoice procedure but emails are sending , in the customer record i have assing customer procedure and in the invoice level i have assigned invoice procedure . for invoice procedure i have created three rules with different templates . but the emails are not sending as per the rules
