Login Audit Trail Search - User Role Permissions

Hi - what permissions does one add to a custom User Role so the user has access to the Login Audit Trail search?

Suite Answers 81759 indicates "By default, the Administrator role has permission to create, edit and view the Login Audit Trail Search. You can also add permission to any role that can make changes on the Manage Roles page."

What permissions are these? I've tried a couple of options but the user still receives a "You do not have privileges to view this page" notice.
