Does account password reset affect Integration Records or Access Tokens?

An employee record used as an integration account needs its password reset.

Does changing the password simultaneously invalidate the Integration Records or Access Tokens?

Do Access Tokens get automatically revoked upon password change and need to be recreated, or will they be unaffected?
