Match Bank Data

Community this is my first time working in net suite the company have no Idea of the about NS capability . My question is I'm matching bank data some manually do to some of the charges was not entered in NS . I have use the add charges tab and put a check number beside the charge when post is that the correct way to add the charge ?

And is benign added to the balance correctly ? when this happen ?
