Search Results When Typing Into Customer Field Is Not Working As Expected
What influences the results that appear when searching for a customer in an Estimate, Sales Order, etc. with the "quick search" functionality when typing into the Customer field? We are getting different results in our Sandbox vs. our Production environment, despite the data for both being the same.
Our Sandbox environment is exhibiting the behavior that we expect and want, but our Production environment is giving us empty results when we type directly into the Customer field to retrieve a list of customers.
