Can you Find the Script name in the System Notes?
We need a way to see which record/tranid a script touches on a given deployment/execution.
I've tried a bunch of different ways to try to pull this but there doesn't seem to be a direct way. When I do a System Notes saved search, there's no way to display the script name. When I search by deployments, there's no way to display the record/transaction number.
Sometimes the deployment log will give the internal ID of the record that was created but we need a way to narrow it down and preferably give us the document number (not the internal id).
