Double-up issue with custom payment file template

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Hi I created a custom file for a CSV for PNC bank. My issue is that when a single payment is made for multiple bills, the csv file has multiple lines, 1 for each bill, showing the TOTAL amount on each line. What am I missing?
