New Custom Record does not have Delete button

I created a new custom record and on the forms I've selected Delete as a valid action.

When I complete the form, I am missing the Delete action and do not see the button.

I am currently in the Administrator role and it is assigned with Full permissions for this record.

Not sure why this is happening, any help is appreciated.
