Can I add the 'Created By' field onto the transaction form directly?

For example, when looking at the list of Purchase Orders, I can edit the search to be able to filter and search by 'Created By'. However, I can't seem to find this field available when customizing the purchase order in any of the screen fields or subtabs. I don't need to edit it, I just think it's useful to differentiate between who created the order and the employee that requested it.

Am I just not able to find it?
