sharing email access

hi expert,

We have 1 single email to access to NetSuite, accessing by 2 persons.

Let say User A is being inputing data

then User B, login to same email

the impact, User A will be logout automatic without any notification,

what is the best practice to handle sharing email access ?

or is there any setup to notify that there is user is currently being login ?
