Is there a way to copy the permissions of the administrator role?

A customer asked this question:

"Is there a way to copy the “Administrator” role in NetSuite? It doesn’t look like I can do it myself. The goal would be to copy all the permissions to a new role, then remove the access the users will not need."

Is there a way to do this?
