Why Is My FAM Asset Proposal Does Not Propose Any Assets?

Hi Gurus!

I have a situation when I expect a proposed asset but the quantity proposed is zero.

I did the following.

Created a vendor bill and entered it against a CIP (construction in progress) account.

Then, I journaled out the CIP account amount by crediting it, and I debited Fixed Asset account that I created for this purpose.

Then, I ran asset proposal and ensure I picked the right subsidiary.

Proposed assets: 0

Am I am missing a step here possibly?
