We are on the post go live support stage in the implementation and that the match bank data for the cutover was not facilitated well. Client went live June 15, 2023. Data for both bank and netsuite transactions are already matched except for the prior period recon balance that should have been done during the cutover. Transactions are already cleared in the match bank data. Client is asking if tech could over ride the system to include the May 2023 ending bank balance as the prior period recon balance to get through match bank data for June 2023.
