Editing Home Links in Employee Centre

Hello!

I'm hoping this is an easy question :) I know I have done this before but it has been so long, and I've been browsing for a while and haven't been able to find an answer.

How can I add my own custom links to the Home Links portlet in Employee centre?

Ours already has some custom ones.
