Bank CONNCECTION ERROR

Can someone tell why I'm getting this error and how to fix it Please Bank data import failed

The bank import for one or more accounts failed due to the following error: NetSuite cannot connect to your financial institution. For more details, refer to the Execution Log on the Plug-In Implementation page. If needed, please contact Support. Please contact your administrator for assistance and refer to the failed imported statement: Internal ID 36109. this is showing on the bank match ,
