Can we trigger a script that runs "on save" via a mass update?

We have a script that runs on item fulfillment records every time the record is edited & saved, or when it's initially created. It works great.

So, if I do a mass update that finds every fulfillment and makes a minor change to a notes field, can it be set to trigger that scrip as it saves each fulfillment record?
