FAM: How to manage Leases with multiple or step-forward interest rates

Hi NetSuite Gurus,

My clients asked for a complex cases for FAM Leases. In case there are Lease Contracts contained step-forward interest rate, for example 2 years first 5%, 2 years later 5.50%, and final other 2 years with 6%. Please, anyone help to manage these complex cases on this client's situation. (or any documents/references mentioned about this)
