Does consumer Key and Client Secret has an expiration in NSPB?

I have a recent incident that our connection from the NSPB is got crashed and it is because , In the configurations the consumer Ky ,Consumer secret and the token ID and Token secret was just vanished

Does anybody has an idea how it happened?
