Estimate status questions

Hi,


I have two questions about estimate

  1. We noticed that Closed estimated are editable, is there a way to change this? so once the estimate become closed, no one can edit it
  2. about expired estimates, is there away to reopen the estimate again, so we can change it to processed or close it?
