Highlight on two conditions issue

Hello there, i've built a basic Opportunity saved search for a Sales Rep, and added in two highlight fields based on date and Forecast Type. Despite some of the Opportunities falling within the conditions set they are not being highlighted, below are some snips of the criteria, columns and highlights, would be grateful of any suggestions as to what the issue may be, thanks.
