I need some advice regarding security related to sales orders. We have a shipper role that needs to process item fulfillments and reallocate items to sales orders.

I understand that this role needs edit access to sales orders to perform these functions.

What is the best way to prevent this role from updating ship dates, ship quantities and other information on sales orders?
