Modify Advanced HTML/PDF to reflect subsidiary logo not one world account

We are not a one world account, but have multiple subsidiaries. I want the Advanced PDF/HTML template to change the logo based upon the transaction. How do I modify the code below so that it looks to the subsidiary logo?
