What needs to occur for a Bank Account to show on the EFT - Bill Payment Processing Page

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can advise how to get a Bank Account to show under the 'Bank Account' field on the EFT - Bill Payment Processing page?

We have setup the Bank Account and it appears everywhere else but not on this page.
