Paypal is acting up when billing a sales order

Paypal is acting up on Sales Orders as of this morning. The sales order comes in as paid for via PayPal. We go to bill and fulfill, but we can't get past bill because it says "Please enter value(s) for: Credit Card #". It seems the field {ccnumber} has become mandatory even on PayPal orders!

Anyone else?
