Why we are receiving error: 'Another User has updated this record' when updating Customer Record?
We have known for some time that if you have a Customer Record open in Edit and add/save a Contact, when you come to Save the Customer Record you get a message saying 'Another user has updated this record since you began editing it. Please close the record and open it again to make your changes' and any changes you have made to the Customer Record will not be saved. We resolve this by making sure the Customer Record is in View mode if adding Contacts. Lately our users have reported a similar thing happening when logging a
