How to set up Custom Electronic Payments - New API?

I just saw on the release note that there is an update of the API for EFT, could it be possible to have an update of the example given on the SuiteAnswers? It seems outdated, as they are referred to Libraries on the Suitescript.

As of 2023.2, you can create custom Invoice Payment Processing Suitelets using the EP API Plug-in SS2 (customscript_17239_ep_api_plugin) custom plug-in implementation.
