How to import/remove customer contact access?
We need to import 200 (and more later) contact access to our online webstore, but running into errors on the import: "Unable to find a matching line for sublist contactroles with key: [contact]."
I use the customer internal ID and tried with and without the contact1 internal ID but as soon as I add the "customer contact access" fields I get the error I listed.
I can import a new contact no problem, but updating one with access is giving my lots of grief.
Anyone help with this? It's fairly urgent.
