+ Dialling code in phone number field

For some reason in my LLC (US) Subsidiary i cannot add the plus icon in a phone number field but for my other two subsidiaries in UK and Netherlands it allows me.

The field is exactly the same so i'm unsure as to why i cannot add a plus icon, does anyone know at all please?
