Setting a billable utilization % for employees
Hi,
We're a 20-person marketing communications agency and have different target levels of billability for employees depending on their position in the company (fyi, we only went live with NetSuite on 1 June, so are very much beginners is using the system!).
While I know that within the employee record I can enter a utilization % figure, I'm assuming that this figure refers to total utilization (both billable and non-billable time) of the weekly working hours set for each person.
Can anyone confirm whether or not my assumption is correct and, if it is, can you advise whether it is possible to set a figure just for billable utilization? If so, how and where? Or can we/do we just have to run a utilization report each month?
