CSV Importing Vendor Bills

I am trying to import a batch of Vendor Bills and I started getting an error:

"TypeError: Cannot find function getTime in object NaN. (NLRecordScripting.scriptInit$sys#3926)"

I am using my normal import template and I verified all my fields in the template exist in my new CSV file. I do NOT run scripts or workflows when doing the import but after the first batch failed I tried with the run scripts option checked and all 3000 still failed with the same error. I hope someone here has an answer.
