When the user goes to Ship Central and packing, the screen show the Bin Number, Number of orders and total quantity, but when you enter the bin not all orders are shown, as an example in 1 bin the first screen says there are 10 orders, and when i enter the bin on three are displayed. I have 10 staging bins in the warehouse and all have the same issue. This is on a site that has only been love for 1 week, what have i setup wrong and how do I fic the missing orders.

I did manage to track down one order and the IF record is in a status of Picked and the the lines are in my staging bin, but i cannot see it in ship central
