Journal entry : Can you please help me with script to update custom line filed value based on line memo

Ex:

1. Line memo - "Challa : ABC" i want custom filed updated with "ABC"

2. Line memo - "Challa : DEF" i want custom filed updated with "DEF"

I have "ABC" and "DEF" as a list record.
