LeadsBridge integration

Hello, is anyone here using LeadsBridge NetSuite integration with Facebook Lead Ad Forms? I have been trying to make it work without results. 

At this point I’m getting the error on their side “Your system/CRM “NetSuite” replied us with the message The request could not be understood due to malformed syntax”, which makes me suspect they are using a deprecated authentication method.

Their support team is checking on this but it has been excruciatingly slow.

Anyone else using a different tool? Volume of transactions is not that high so the budget is not enough for something like Celigo.
