Why the Bill Capture not showing PDF scan?
Hi,
We are using Bill Capture from the Scan & Capture Zone and Co Suiteapp.
Often we encounter that users loads a vendor bill but the PDF is not shown. We are using custom roles but different users with the same roles have different behavior. With the same roles sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
We tried clearing the browser cache and resetting the browser but that does not solve the issue.
any idea how we can display the PDF for our users?
