How to create a Saved Search to Show When Saved Search was Exported?

Hi all,

I would like to create a saved search that shows when a saved search was exported based off of the Execution Log data. I've dug around everywhere and I don't know if it's possible. Right now, I'm having to go into edit mode of our saved searches and review each search manually.
